I’ve always had a passion for people. I provide my clients, whether on an individual, team or organizational level, a mix of coaching, communication, organizational development, and research experience depending on their needs. I have a deep interest in the areas of leadership, health & wellness, and human development, and have worked in a variety of industries, such as pharma, insurance, airline, industrial gases, non-profit, technology, and manufacturing.
I spent the first part of my career as an organizational development consultant, planning and implementing strategic communication, employee engagement, research, and change leadership initiatives.
After 15 years of that work, three key lessons have guided my career:
- Sustainable change happens on the individual level
- Work is only one piece of our complex lives
- Every human being has limitless potential
Based on these learnings, I focus my work today on:
- Individual coaching (either on a private practice basis or via leadership development programs) where my goal is to guide leaders to unleash their capability against leadership competencies, organizational & personal goals, and their unique desired future.
- Designing and facilitating in person and online training focused on aligning and empowering leaders with the capabilities and tools to be successful.
